【摘要】 目的了解2013年3-5月在广东省妇幼保健院分娩的新生儿母乳喂养现状,为今后我市母乳喂养指导和干预措施提供基础信息。方法通过对240例新生儿家庭行电话访视,通过标准化问卷后进行分析。结果纯母乳喂养率为48.8%,部分母乳喂养率为37.5%,配方奶喂养率为13.8%,其中母乳不足、母婴因住院分离及产妇焦虑等因素是影响纯母乳喂养的主要原因。结论宣传母乳喂养中必须下大力气、持之以恒地开展健康教育,并针对前期健康教育内容的不足不断进行反馈调整,取得最佳效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Provide the breastfeeding status of the babies born from March 2013 to May 2013 in Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Provide the fundamental information for breastfeeding guidance and intervention measures in Guangdong Maternal and Child Care Service Centre in the future.METHODS Use standardized questionnaires to conduct house visit and videophone interviews of 240 newborn babies and their families.Conduct statistical analysis of standardized questionnaires and answers.RESULTS The exclusive breastfeeding rate is 48.8%.The partially breastfeeding rate is of 37.5%.The formula feeding rate is 13.8%.The main causes to affect newborn baby’s exclusive breastfeeding are:insufficient breast milk,mother and newborn baby’s separation due to hospitalization and maternal anxiety.CONCLUSION Consistent and great efforts must be made to carry out health education on breastfeeding.Adjustments to insufficient early education content to reach best results.更多还原
