脑电生物反馈对慢性精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍治疗效果的初步研究
Therapeutic effects of EEG biofeedback in the treatment of chronic schizophrenics with tardive dyskinesia: apreliminary study
【摘要】 目的分析脑电生物反馈对慢性精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取慢性精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍患者83例作为研究对象,对所有对象均采用脑电生物反馈方法进行治疗,观察所有患者的脑电活动改变特征,以及治疗前后的异常不自主运动评分。结果 83例患者经脑电生物反馈治疗后,痊愈、显著好转、好转、无效者分别为27例(32.53%)、31例(37.35%)、17例(20.48%)及8例(9.64%),有效率90.36%;治疗后患者的异常不自主运动评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后患者的β频段脑电功率值较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论对慢性精神分裂症迟发性运动障碍患者采取脑电生物反馈治疗,有较好的临床效果,能够减轻患者的不自主运动症状。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of EEG biofeedback in the treatment of chronic schizophrenic patients with tardive dyskinesia. Methods A total of 83 chronic schizophrenic patients with tardive dyskinesia were enrolled into this study,All the subjects were treated with EEG biofeedback. The characteristics of brain electrical activity and abnormal involuntary movements rating before and after treatment were carefully recorded. Results After treatment,the recovery,marked improvement,improvement,and the inefficiency cases of chronic schizophrenic patients with tardive dyskinesia on biofeedback treatment was 27 cases ( 32.53% ) 、31 cases ( 37. 35%) 、17 cases ( 20.48%) and 8 cases ( 9.64%) . After treatment,the abnormal involuntary movement scale scores were significantly lower( P < 0.05) . And the values of brain electrical power were significantly higher on β-band( P < 0.05) . Conclusion For the chronic schizophrenic patients with tardive dyskinesia,EEG biofeedback can have a better clinical effect. This method can relieve the abnormal involuntary movement.
