【摘要】 本文阐述了食品安全预警国内外发展概况,并提出食品安全预警的有效性取决于预警的准确性、预警的提前量以及是否被决策者采用。为了达到预警系统的持续有效,决策者、管理层应根据我国的实际情况,理清预警系统运行过程中各机构、各层次的职责,加快标准的制修订,加强实验室建设,并在此基础上制定合理的预警指标,实现预警的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the development situation of food security pre-warning at home and abroad, and puts forward that the effectiveness of food safety pre-warning system depends on the accuracy and time of pre-warning, and whether the decision-makers use it or not. In order to achieve the sustainable effectiveness of the pre-warning system, the decision makers and managers should figure out the responsibilities of all agencies at every level in the pre-warning system, according to the actual situation in China. They should also accelerate the development and revision of standards, strengthen the construction of laboratory, and then set out reasonable pre-warning indicators, to achieve the effectiveness of the pre-warning system.更多还原
