【摘要】 目的:探讨硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明、低分子肝素钙治疗早发型重度子痫前期的临床效果。方法:选取2009年9月~2012年9月早发期重度子痫前期患者67例,随机分为两组:24例使用硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明、低分子肝素钙治疗(实验组),23例使用硫酸镁治疗(对照组),对其分娩情况及治疗前后各项检验指标进行比较。结果:与对照组相比较,实验组改善患者自觉症状效果较好(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组改善肝肾功能、提高血小板计数方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组延长孕周及提高新生儿体重明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明、低分子肝素钙是治疗早发型重度子痫前期的一种安全、有效、可行的方法,但仍有一定局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and low-molecular-weight heparin for treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia. Methods: Sixty-seven patients with early onset severe preeclampsia from the hospital from September 2009 to September 2012 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group( including 24 patients treated with magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and low-molecular-weight heparin) and control group( including 23 patients treated with magnesium sulfate); the delivery situations and various indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with control group,the improvement effect of subjective symptoms in experimental group was better( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the improvement effects of liver function and renal function,increasing amplitude of platelet count in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group( P < 0. 05). At aspects of prolonging gestational week and increasing neonatal weight,experimental group were superior to control group significantly( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine,low-molecular-weight heparin is a safe,effective and feasible method for treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia,but it still has a certain limitations.更多还原
