【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者在孕期进行合理管理的意义。方法:在95例GDM患者中随机选择60例经规范化管理作为观察组,同期未经过合理管理的35例GDM患者作为未治组,同期分娩血糖正常的孕妇50例为对照组,比较3组母婴并发症的发生率。结果:观察组中46例(76.7%)经饮食控制与适当锻炼后血糖控制良好,5例需加用胰岛素治疗;其母婴并发症中除早产发病率及剖宫产率高于对照组(P<0.05)外,其他观察项目发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。未治组其母婴并发症各项均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加强妊娠期糖尿病的管理,可有效减少母婴并发症的发生,甚至接近正常孕妇水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the significance of reasonable management during gestational period for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM). Methods: Sixty GDM patients receiving standardized management were selected as observation group,while thirty-five GDM patients not receiving standardized management during the same period were selected as non-treatment group,fifty pregnant women with normal blood glucose levels who gave birth to their babies during the same period were selected as control group; the maternal and infantile complications in the three groups were compared. Results: In observation group,after dietary control and proper exercise,the blood glucose levels of 46 women( 76. 7%) were well-controlled,5 women needed insulin treatment; the incidence rate of premature delivery and cesarean section rate in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the other observation objects between observation group and control group( P > 0. 05). The incidence rates of maternal and infantile complications in non-treatment group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Strengthening management of GDM can effectively reduce the occurrence of maternal and infantile complications even close to the level of normal pregnant women.更多还原
