【摘要】 目的:探讨剖宫产手术在腰硬联合阻滞麻醉下,静注氟比洛芬酯复合硬膜外注射一定量浓度为的罗哌卡因对剖宫产手术患者宫缩痛的影响。方法:选择80例剖宫产手术患者随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),均采用腰硬联合阻滞麻醉,观察组患者于胎儿娩出后静注氟比洛芬酯50 mg,同时硬膜外注射0.2%罗哌卡因10 ml,对照组患者于胎儿娩出后不做处理。结果:观察组抑制宫缩痛的总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静注氟比洛芬酯复合硬膜外注射0.2%罗哌卡因可有效减轻甚至消除剖宫产手术的宫缩痛,比较安全,而且费用低,经济有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effect of intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil jointed with epidural injection of ropivacaine in 0.2% concentration on uterine contraction pain of the patients in cesarean section under the combined spinal-epidural anaesthesia.Methods: 80 patients for cesarean section were chosen and randomly divided into the control group(A group,n = 40) and the observation group(B group,n = 40),and used all the combined spinal-epidural anaesthesia.For the patients in observation group,intravenous injection of 50 mg flurbiprofen axetil after the fetal delivery was conducted and simultaneously the epidural injection of 10 ml 0.2% ropivacaine.For the patients in the control group,not any treatment was taken after the fetal delivery.Results: The difference between the total efficacies for suppressing the uterine contraction pain in the observation group and the control group had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil jointed with epidural injection of 0.2% ropivacaine can alleviate effectively the uterine contraction pain in cesarean section,which is a safe,inexpensive and effective treatment.更多还原
