【摘要】 目的:研究妥洛特罗贴剂佐治喘息性疾病患儿临床疗效及对肺功能与免疫水平的影响。方法:按照随机编码顺序将81例轻、中度喘息性疾病患儿分为治疗组40例及对照组41例,两组均给予常规对症治疗;对照组加用沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入,治疗组加用妥洛特罗贴,比较两组患儿临床疗效、咳嗽及喘鸣音持续时间、治愈天数,治疗7天后肺功能情况,血IgE值(TigE)及外周嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数。结果:两组患儿临床疗效、咳嗽及喘鸣音持续时间、治愈天数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后肺功能改善情况、IgE水平和外周血EOS计数改善程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妥洛特罗贴剂佐治喘息性疾病患儿,可改善IgE水平和外周血EOS计数,提高患儿免疫水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study clinical curative effect of the completed lott ROM patches George on asthmatic children disease,pulmonary function and the immune level. Methods:According to random coding sequence,81 children patients with light,moderate asthmatic disease were divided into treatment and control groups,in which 40 and 41 cases.Patients in two groups were given the conventional symptomatic treatment.Patients were added a albuterol joint atomization inhalation in control group,and were added a completed lott ROM stick in treatment group.Clinical curative effect,coughing and wheezing sound duration,cure days,as well as the treatment of 7 days pulmonary function,blood IgE value(TigE) and peripheral eosinophil(EOS) count were compared. Results:There were no differences in children clinical curative effect,cough and stridor sound duration,cure days comparison between two groups(P>0.05).Effects on improving lung function,IgE level and the improvement of the peripheral EOS count in treatment group were better than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Completed lott ROM patches George for asthmatic disease children may improve the IgE level and peripheral blood EOS count,and improve the immune level of children.更多还原
