【摘要】 目的:观察臭氧对顽固性阴道炎患者的疗效。方法:收集2009年1月～2011年6月收治的顽固性阴道炎患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采用常规阴道给药治疗,观察组采用KY-138A型臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的症状改善情况、症状缓解时间、治愈率、复发率及不良反应等。结果:两组患者治疗的总有效率无显著差异,但观察组痊愈率、症状缓解时间、患者自觉症状VAS评分、复发率等均显著优于对照组。结论:臭氧是一种安全有效的治疗顽固性阴道炎的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of ozone for treatment of patients with refractory colpitis.Methods:Two hundred patients with refractory colpitis who were treated in the hospital from January 2009 to June 2011 were collected,and then they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine vaginal administration,while the patients in observation group were treated with KY-138A ozone gynecological therapeutic apparatus.The improvements of symptoms,remission times of symptoms,curative rates,recurrence rates,and adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,but the curative rate,remission time of symptoms,VAS score of subjective symptoms,and recurrence rate in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion:Ozone is a safe and effective method for treatment of refractory colpitis.更多还原
