【摘要】 目的确诊该家系所患疾病是否为家族性阿尔茨海默病。方法详细调查该家系成员临床资料,制作家系图谱,结合该家系成员临床资料诊断该疾病。对先证者脑组织进行HE染色、Bodian银染色、免疫组化检测。结果在先证者脑组织的额、颞、顶、枕、海马发现大量典型老年斑(Senile plaques,SP)和神经原纤维缠结(Neurofibrillary tangles,NFT)。结论该家系是一个具有典型病理特征的阿尔茨海默病家系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective AIM:This study is to confirmed the a family members suffereding from the disease is familial Alzheimer’s disease.Methods ETHODSs:Detailed clinical data of the family members were obtained,to investigate members of the family,the production of pedigree of the the clinical data of family members of the clinical data were obtained to diagnose the disease.The proband’s brain tissue HE staining,Bodian silver staining and,immunohistochemistry were useddetected by immunohistochemistry.Results ESULTS:In the proband’s brain tissue,found a large number of typical senile plaques(Senile plaques,SP)and neurofibrillary tangles(Neurofibrillary tangles,NFT)were found in the proband’s brain tissueand neurofibrillary tangles(Neurofibrillary tangles,NFT).Conclusion The family is possess thea typical pathological features of Alzheimer pedigrees.更多还原
