【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对胃肠外科老年患者空肠输注肠内营养及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选择2009年4月~2010年12月在我院住院治疗的胃肠外科老年患者169例,所有入选者均给予空肠输注肠内营养治疗,根据患者术后肠内营养护理方式的不同将所有患者分为干预组(n=84)和对照组(n=85),对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者给予护理干预,比较两组患者干预效果以及并发症发生情况。结果干预组患者ALB(35.32±4.52)g/L、PA(249.67±54.79)mg/L、TFN(3.08±0.59)g/L均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者肛门排气时间(47.6±11.8)h、排便时间(82.6±15.7)h、肠内营养时间(7.6±2.1)d、并发症发生率(16.7%)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对实行空肠输注肠内营养胃肠外科老年患者进行护理干预可以显著提高营养干预效果,促进胃肠功能的恢复,减少并发症的产生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study nursing intervention on elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery jejunum infusion enteral nutrition and gastrointestinal function recovery. Methods A total of 169 cases elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into nursing intervention group and normal control group,the intervention effect and complications were compared. Results Intervention group ALB(35.32±4.52)g/L、PA(249.67±54.79)mg/L、TFN(3.08±0.59)g/l were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); Anal exhaust time(47.6±11.8)h,defecation time(82.6±15.7)h,enteral nutrition time(7.6±2.1)d,complications(16.7%) were significantly lower than control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve elderly patients with gastrointestinal surgery nutrition effect, promote gastrointestinal function recovery, reduce the complications.更多还原
