【摘要】 目的探讨胸锁关节结核的诊断和治疗特点。方法分析我院收治的1例左胸锁关节结核患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行探讨。结果患者行左胸锁关节结核病灶清除,术后病理为胸锁关节结核。恢复良好,痊愈出院,随访1年未见结核复发。结论胸锁关节结核临床上罕见,尽管其预后良好,因其临床症状不典型,临床上容易漏诊,需提高对本病诊断和治疗的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the sternoclavicular joint tuberculosis. Methods The clinical date of one case with sternoclavicular joint tuberculosis was retrospectively analyzed and discussed, incombination with relevant literature. Results underwent sternoclavicular joint tuberculosis lesions cleared, pathological sternoclavicular joint tuberculosis was performed. The patient was discharged with good recovery, and followed up for one year, no tuberculosis recurrence was found. Conclusion sternoclavicular joint tuberculosis was rare in clinical with good prognosis,which can be easily misdiagnosis and treatment,because of its atypical clinical symptoms,we should improve the awareness of this disease.更多还原
