【摘要】 目的探讨消旋卡多曲治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的疗效及对血清细胞因子的影响。方法 80例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿分为观察组和对照组,两组患儿予以调整饮食、补液、纠正脱水及酸碱平衡紊乱等治疗,观察组加用消旋卡多曲颗粒,对照组加用蒙脱石散。结果治疗3 d后,两组患儿血浆IL-6、IL-8和IL-12水平均下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=4.93,P<0.05)。观察组和对照组出现不良反应3例和1例,症状均较轻微。结论消旋卡多曲治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿具有较好的疗效,安全性较好,能降低血清IL-6、IL-8和IL-12等细胞因子的表达,抑制免疫及炎症反应过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss curative observation and influence on serum cell factor of infantile rotaviral enteritis treated with Racecadotril. Methods The 80 cases infantile rotaviral enteritis were divided into observation group and control group. The children in two groups were given medical treatment like diet adjustment,fluid infusion,the correction of dehydration and disturbance of acid-base balance and etc.The children in observation group were given Racecadotril particles,while the children in control group were given Montmorillonite powder additionally. Results After 3 days’ medical treatment,the plasma IL-6,8 and 12 levels of children declined between two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the declining values in observation group before and after medical treatment was much higher than those in control group(P <0.05). After 3 days’ medical treatment,the total clinical efficiency of observation group was much higher than that the control group(χ2=4.93,P<0.05).3 cases and 2 cases of untoward effect appeared on children in observation group and control group,both of which were with light symptom. Conclusion Racecadotril has reliable curative effect on infantile rotaviral enteritis with high security,which can reduce the expression of serum cell factor like IL-6,8 and 12 and etc,and inhibits the process of immunity and inflammatory reaction.更多还原
