【摘要】 目的探讨血管闭合钳-结扎速血管闭合系统(LigaSure)在非脱垂子宫阴式切除术中的应用优势及安全性。方法回顾性分析31例非脱垂子宫患者应用LigaSure行阴式全子宫切除术的临床资料,与同一术者以传统缝扎法手术的32例患者相比较。结果 LigaSure组平均手术时间、平均术中出血量均明显小于传统缝扎手术组,术后病率少,患者舒适度高,其中传统缝扎组1例改进腹手术,LigaSure组1例二次手术进腹止血。结论非脱垂子宫阴式切除术中正确应用结扎速血管闭合系统可省时省力,降低手术难度,减少术中出血,安全可靠,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the advantages and security of vaginal hysterectomy using LigaSure in the treatment of non-prolapsed uterus.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and compared between 31 patients with non-prolapsed uterus trans-vaginal hysterectomy used LigaSure vessel sealing system and 32 patients with nonprolapsed uterus trans-vaginal hysterectomy used traditional transfixion.Results Compared with traditional transfixion group,LigaSure had some advantage of less bleeding,shorter surgery duration,lower postoperative morbidity and higher comfortable level.In transfixion group group,1 case transform into abdominal hysterectomy,and in LigaSure group,1 case had hemostasis by twice operation from abdomen.Conclusion The use of LigaSure in vaginal hysterectomy for treatment non-prolapsed uterus is a p referable method with advantages of simple,saving time,safety and reliable haemostasis,which is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
