【摘要】 目的探讨氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法 2012年1月~2013年1月在我院就诊的62例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为治疗组32例、对照组30例,两组均予阿司匹林300 mg(每日1次,口服3 d后改为100 mg,每日1次)、低分子肝素、硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂等。治疗组同时予阿托伐他汀20 mg,每日1次,氯吡格雷首剂300 mg,维持量75 mg,每日1次,3个月后比较两组的疗效并测定两组患者治疗前后的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化情况。结果治疗组治疗3个月后,显效14例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%,对照组治疗后显效12例,无效9例,总有效率70.0%,两组总有效率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平分别较治疗前及对照组出现明显变化,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.432、3.236、2.614、2.539,P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,可以降低血脂水平,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Clopidogrel and Atorvastatin in treatment of unstable angina.Methods Sixty-two cases of unstable angina patients with clinical data,according to the different treatment methods were divided into treatment group of 32 patients and the control group of 30 patients,patients in both groups were given aspirin 300 mg,once daily,oral 3 d later changed to 100 mg,once daily,low molecular weight heparin,ni trates,β-blockers.Treatment group was added atorvastatin 20 mg,once daily,the first dose of clopidogrel 300 mg,maintenance dose of 75 mg,once daily.After treatment 3 months,the efficacy were compared before and after treat ment were measured in serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) changes.Results The treatment group after treatment 3 months,effective in 14 cases,2 cases,the total effective rate had 93.75% in the control group after treatment,effictive 12 cases,9 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 70%,total effective rate had significantly difference between two groups(P<0.05).treatment group TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C levels were compared before treatment and control group had significantly significant changes,the difference between groups was statistically significant(t = 2.432,3.236,2.614,2.539,P <0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel and atorvastatin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris,can reduce blood lipid levels,safety,worthy of clinical application.更多还原
