【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌与中医体质的相关性,为乳腺癌的预防提供参考。方法按照病例-对照研究方法,收集门诊乳腺癌组69例与对照组34例,依据中华中医药学会标准的《中医体质分类与判定自测表》进行中医体质辨识,再采用多元Logistic回归分析乳腺癌与中医体质的相关性。结果两组平和质、气虚质、气郁质的分布有显著性差异(P<0.05);乳腺癌与平和质、气虚质、气郁质相关,其中平和质为保护性体质,而气虚质与气郁质为危险体质。结论气虚质、气郁质为乳腺癌的易感体质;积极调整这两种偏颇体质对于预防乳腺癌具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between TCM constitution and breast cancer.Methods Sixty-nine cases of breast cancer group with 69 cases and control group with 34 cases were collected.Also the TCM constitution of each group was determined according to the standardized questionnaire of TCM constitution issued by China Associ ation for Traditional Chinese Medicine.Finally the relationship between TCM constitution and breast cancer was ana lyzed using logistic regression.Results There were significant differences between the two observation groups in the distributions of Gentleness,Qi-deficiency and Qi-depression constitution(P<0.05).Breast cancer was correlated to these three types of constitution.The Gentleness constitution was protective factor,while the Qi-deficiency and Qi-depression constitution were risk factors.Conclusion The Qi-deficiency and Qi-depression constitution were susceptibility constitution to breast cancer,thus,to adjust these two types of constitution actively was meaningful for prevention of breast cancer.更多还原
