【摘要】 目的有效解决内镜清洗过程中存在的具体问题。方法采用回顾性资料统计的方法,对实施手供一体化方案前后处理的内镜器械8 160套,在清洗包装消毒各环节中遇到的问题,进行原因分析,提出了改进的对策。结果实施手供一体化方案前,处理内镜3 560套(64 080件),目测法合格率为70%,隐血试验检测阳性率为34%;实施手供一体化方案后,处理内镜4 600套(82 800件),目测法合格率为98%,隐血试验检测阳性率为7%。结论在手供一体化管理模式下,内镜清洗的处理流程更加完善,保证了手术的紧密衔接;保证了内镜器械的质量与安全,提高手术室的医院感染管理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To effectively solve the problem of cavity mirror cleaning.Methods Through retrospective statistical study to analyze problems during sterilization process of cleaning and packing,puts forward measures to improve.Results Before implementation of integrative management mode,3 560 sets(64 080 samples) of cavitiey mirrors were pro cessed,inspection pass rate of visual method was 70%,positive rate of occult blood test was 34%;after the measures,4 600 sets(82 800 samples) were processed,inspection pass rate of visual method was 98%,positive rate of occult blood test was 7%.Conclusion Under the integrative management mode,the processing were more perfect to guarantee the operation closely and to ensure the quality and safety of endoscopic equipments,and improve the control quality of hospital infection in operation room.更多还原
