【摘要】 目的探讨肺气肿患者程度改变与前纵隔形态学变化的相关性。方法回顾性分析50例符合COPD诊断标准的肺气肿患者,所纳入研究患者病情均表现为不同程度进展,分别测量前后两次肺气肿者胸部CT上气肿程度及前纵隔的前后径,并进行统计学分析。结果肺气肿患者病情加重前后CT分级总积分及前后径比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);肺气肿患者病情的程度与前纵隔的前后径变化呈明显正相关(r=0.851,P<0.01)。结论前纵隔形态改变能够反映肺气肿程度的变化,前纵隔前后径的改变可以预测肺气肿变化程度,为临床早期诊断、治疗肺气肿提供一种更为简便、有效的影像学检查方法,值得基层医院推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of CT grade in emphysema patients with the morphologic change in the anterior mediastinum.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 50 patients met the diagnostic criteria of chronic ob structive pulmonary disease(COPD),all the patients included in the study showed vary degree of progress in the patient’s condition,anteroposterior diameter and emphysema degree were measured by chest CT before and after the emphysema patient’s condition progress.Results Before and after emphysema patient’s condition progress,the differ ences of the total score of CT grading and the anteroposterior diameter were statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was positive correlation between the CT grade and the anteroposterior diameter(r = 0.851,P < 0.01).Conclusion The morphologic change in anterior mediastinum can reflect the degree of emphysema,the change of anteroposterior diam eter can predict the degree of emphysema,and it provides a more simple and effective imaging study for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of emphysema,and is also worth promoting and applying in the primary hospital.更多还原
