【摘要】 目的探讨关节镜手术为主综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 2009年6月～2012年9月以关节镜手术为主综合治疗85例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,治疗前后使用VAS疼痛评分和Lysholm膝关节功能评分方法进行评分,分析其临床疗效。结果随访3～36个月,末次随访时大多数患者对治疗满意,膝关节疼痛均有不同程度的减轻,功能得到改善。VAS疼痛评分及Lysholm膝关节功能评分治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜手术为主综合治疗各型膝关节骨性关节炎患者疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of arthroscopic surgery combined modality therapy in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods From July 2009 to March 2012,we treated 85 cases of admitted patients with osteoarthritis of the knee,with arthroscopic surgery combined modality therapy.Before comprehensive treatment and fi nal follow-up,scored with the VAS pain score and the Ministry of Health issued Lysholm knee score methods,ana lyzed the clinical effects.Results All patients were followed up for 3 months to 36 months.After therapy,most suffer ers were satisfied,joint pain have varying degrees of relief,and knee functions bettered.VAS score and the Lysholm knee score before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion To patients with osteoarthritis of the knee,application of arthroscopic surgery,the main way of combined modality therapy,the clinical effects are good.更多还原
