【摘要】 目的研究急性等容血液稀释自体输血在骨科手术中的应用效果。方法随机选择40例脊柱手术患者,分成观察组与对照组各20例,其中对照组使用预储自体输血,而观察组使用急性等容血液稀释自体输血,观察临床指标。结果观察组患者异体血输血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组输血前的HCT和Hb水平相比麻醉前明显下降,在手术结束时和术后又明显回升(P<0.05)。结论急性等容血液稀释自体输血相比预储自体输血更能显著地减少输注异体血,同时能够保证科学、合理、安全地保护血液的功能,对机体的影响也较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of acute hemodilution and autotransfusion application in orthopedic oper ation.Methods Forty cases of spinal surgery patients were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group(20 for each group).The observation group was given ANH method,while the control group was given pre-stored autotransfusion,compare clinical indexes.Results The amount of allogeneic blood transfusion in patients of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the levels before anesthesia,the HCT and Hb levels before transfusion of the two groups decreased significantly,and which were postoperative rebounded significantly at the end of operation(P < 0.05).Conclusion Patients with ANH could significantly reduce the cost of allogeneic transfusion,and is much more safe,scientific and rational.更多还原
