【摘要】 目的探讨Survivin、MMP-9在慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈鳞癌中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法运用免疫组化SP法,检测10例慢性宫颈炎、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变和50例宫颈鳞癌组织中Survivin、MMP-9的表达水平,并加于分析。结果 Survivin在慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈鳞癌的表达率分别是10%、35%、68%,MMP-9在上述各组中阳性表达率分别为10%、20%、78%。结论宫颈鳞癌中Survivin、MMP-9呈过度表达,Survivin、MMP-9参与了宫颈鳞癌的发生发展,对预后判断有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of Survivin and MMP-9 in chronic cervicitis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix,and explore the relationship with clinicopathologic.Methods Detected the protein expression of Survivin and MMP-9 in 10 cases of chronic cervicits,20 cases of cervical intraep ithelial neoplasia and 50 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix by immunohistochemisty SP method and ana lyzed the relationship.Results The expression positive rates of Survivin were10%,35%,68% and the positive rates of MMP-9 were 10%,20%,78% in chronic cervicitis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix.Conclusion The over expressions of Survivin and MMP-9 are related to genesis and development of squa mous cell carcinoma of the cervix,and can be used of judging the prognosis.更多还原
