【摘要】 目的探讨烧伤瘢痕修复中的护理体会。方法将我院2010年4月~2011年4月期间收治的68例烧伤患者,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组患者各34例。观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实行瘢痕护理、康复护理等综合护理措施,对照组患者实行常规护理,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果观察组疼痛评分、创面平均愈合时间及创面愈合率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在烧伤瘢痕修复过程中,采用综合护理措施可有效缓解患者的心理负担,显著缓解患者疼痛,促进伤口愈合,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing experience in the repair of burn scar.Methods A total of 68 cases of burn treated in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2011,were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups,with 34 cases in each group,patients in the observation group on the basis of routine care imple ment comprehensive nu rsing care,rehabilitation scars,control routine nursing of patients,comparative analysis the clinical curative effects of two groups of patients.Results The group of pain score,the average wound healing time and healing rate compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the process of burn scar repair,the comprehensive nursing measures can effectively alleviate the psychological burden of pa tients,relieve pain,promote wound healing,improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the prognosis of the patients.更多还原
