【摘要】 目的探讨微剂量肝素联合冷沉淀治疗新生儿弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的疗效。方法选择我院2010～2012年确诊为DIC病例共45例,在积极治疗原发病的同时,给予微剂量肝素[24 U/(kg.d)]皮下注射及联合输注冷沉淀治疗。结果 45例于用药后48 h内凝血功能恢复正常,血小板平均于4d内恢复正常,4例死亡,1例因病情重家属放弃抢救并出院,总有效率88.8%,用药后与用药前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微剂量肝素联合冷沉淀治疗弥散性血管内凝血安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of micro-dose heparin combined with cryoprecipitate in treating neonatal disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC).Methods In this study,we observed 45 cases of patients diag nosed DIC in our hospital from 2010 to 2012,while the aggressive treatment of the primary disease(while curing the primary disease),we also carry out micro-dose 24U/(kg.d) heparin by subcutaneous injection and united infusion of cryoprecipitate.Results The coagulation function of 45 cases returned back to normal level within the 48 hours after administration.Platelets restored to normal in four days.4 cases were dead,one case gave up to further rescuing and left hospital because of badly condition,the total rate of efficiency was 88.8%.Conclusion The micro-dose heparin combined with cryoprecipitate are safe and effective in curing disseminated intravascular coagulation.更多还原
