【摘要】 目的评估锁定钢板内固定并植骨用于复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗的临床效果。方法复杂胫骨平台骨折患者共43例,均采用锁定钢板内固定并植骨治疗。结果本组病例均得到随访,随访时间3~28个月(平均12.9个月),X线片显示3~6个月内所有骨折均骨性愈合,依据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准,优65.1%(28/43),良25.6%(11/43),可9.3%(4/43),优良率为90.7%。随访期间未出现严重并发症。结论在治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折方面,锁定钢板内固定并植骨具有微创、骨折愈合时间短、功能恢复好、并发症少等优势,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bone allograft transplantation plus interlock plate internal fixation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods All of 43 cases with complex tibial plateau fracture were all received bone allograft transplantation plus interlock plate internal fixation.Results All cases were followed up for 3-28 months(mean 12.9 months).The X-ray findings showed bone union in 3-6 months.Based on the Rasmussen standard for knee function,excellent rate was 65.1%(28/43),good rate was 25.6%(11/43),fair rate was 9.3%(4/43),the excellent and good rate was 90.7%.There was on serious complication occurred.Conclusion Bone allograft transplantation plus interlock plate internal fixation has the advantages of microinvasion,fewer recovery time,good functional restoration and less complications,it’s worthy of clinical application.更多还原
