【摘要】 目的探讨PFNA与DHS内固定治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法对不稳定型股骨转子间骨折分别采用PFNA钉内固定手术与DHS钉内固定治疗,分析其疗效。结果 PFNA组的优良率及各项临床指标疗效均优于DHS组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of PFNA and DHS internal fixation in treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures.Methods PFNA and DHS internal fixation were used for unstable intertrochanteric fractures,clinical effect was analyzed.Results Excellent rate and clinical indicators in PFNA group were better than that in DHS group,the difference had significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of PFNA for unstable intertrochanteric fractures is significant,it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
