【摘要】 目的对比免疫比浊法与ELISA法检测梅毒抗体的效果。方法使用免疫比浊法与ELISA方法分别对95例梅毒患者血清与95例健康人群血清同时进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 190例标本的检测结果提示,免疫比浊法的灵敏度与阴性预测值均高于ELISA法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在特异性与阳性预测值上两种方法检测数据无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论免疫比浊法与ELISA法均具有高灵敏度、高特异性的特点,在灵敏度上免疫比浊法比ELISA法略高。免疫比浊法可以替代现行的梅毒血清学筛检的ELISA方法,且因适用于自动生化分析仪,操作简便又快速,可定量检测,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of immunoturbidimetric assay and ELISA method for the detection of Treponema pallidum antibody.Methods Immune turbidimetry and ELISA methods were used in 95 cases of syphilis patients and 95 healthy people to detect the Treponema pallidum antibody in serum at the same time,and the detect ing results were statistically analyzed.Results The results of the 190 specimens for the detection showed that immunoturbidimetric assay had higher sensitivity and negative predictive value than ELISA,which had statistically sig nificance(P > 0.05),while its specificity and positive predictive value were lower than those of ELISA.Conclusion Since immunoturbidimetric assay has higher sensitivity than ELISA,can be analyzed by automatic biochemical analyzer and easy as well as fast to operate,it can replace the current Syphilis Serological Screening of ELISA method and be used widely.更多还原
