【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experiences in using Leica Fully Automated Staining/Coverslipping Workstations.Methods Used of Leica Fully Automated Staining/Coverslipping Workstations.in accordance with established protocols for routine paraffin section for automatically staining and mounting,and analyses the results.Results Hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining evenly and clear contrast.Conclusion Leica Fully Automated Staining/Coverslipping Workstations has the advantages of simple operation,efficiency staining,stable effect,and improve the working environment.更多还原
