【摘要】 太赫兹波在近感探测中具有重要应用前景,提出了一种载频0.14THz,带宽5GHz的近感探测技术途径,对其关键技术指标进行了讨论,完成了其中探测部分太赫兹雷达的设计和测试。试验结果表明,在工作频带内雷达发射功率可达到1mW,对RCS在0.05m2以上目标的作用距离大于25m,距离分辨力3cm,满足近感探测的需求。该技术还可获得目标一维距离像和二维ISAR图像,完成目标细节信息获取。

【Abstract】 The special location in electromagnetic spectrum makes Terahertz wave have wide application in the field of proximity detection.A Terahertz radar for proximity detection is proposed with 0.14 THz carrier frequency and 5 GHz bandwidth.Emphasizes are focused on several key aspects as Terahertz front-end transceiver design,integrating and measurements.Experiment results imply that operation distance of the Terahertz radar is about 25 meters for RCS=0.05 m2 target with a peak output power of 1 mW.The FMCW radar can also get range profile image and 2D ISAR image with a resolution of about 4 cm.Imaging results indicate that the Terahertz FMCW radar can be used for classification and identification while ranging.
