生产线物料配送的路径优化研究

【摘要】 物料准时送达流水线的每个工位是保证流水线连续性生产的前提和保障。在生产系统配送车辆数量有限的条件下,为了实现物料的准时化配送,必须合理地分配每辆车需要配送的工位及工位的配送次序。建立了车辆配送的数学模型,并提出了改进的遗传算法和三阶段的启发式算法对模型进行求解。通过具体的算例证明了模型的正确性和算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 The materials shall be delivered to each work position of the assembly line just in time,and it is the premiss and guarantee to ensure the continuous production of assembly line.Under the condition that the number of the delivery vehicles is limited,in order to realize the material delivery just in time,it is necessary to reasonably dispatch each vehicle to the work position in need and the distribution sequence.The mathematical model of vehicle deliverying is established and the improved generic algorithm and three-stage heuristic algorithm are proposed to solve the model.The correctness and effectiveness of the model is proved through specific example.
