【摘要】 我国矿区规模总量大,人口数量多,GDP占全国比率较高,矿区建设事关我国经济社会全面发展的全局。矿区和谐发展是我国构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,也是中国矿业科学发展的必然选择。和谐矿区建设不仅具有坚实的理论基础,而且取得了国际共识。同时,发达国家在和谐矿区建设中取得重要成果,在国内也涌现一批宝贵的实践经验。应通过建立和完善资源节约集约的调节机制、生态恢复治理的补偿机制、资源开发利益共享的分配机制、矛盾纠纷协调化解的四大工作机制,构建和谐矿区建设的抓手,以点带面,发挥各地的积极性,持续推进和谐矿区建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 With large-scale mining areas and population,and a higher ratio GDP,the construction of mining area is very important for China’s all-round economic and social development.Harmonious development of mining area is not only the important contents to construct a socialist harmonious society,but also the inevitable choice for the development of mining science,which has a sound theoretical basis and reach the international consensus.At the same time,the developed countries have achieved important outcomes,and valuable practical experience have emerged at home.This paper proposes some methods for improving the constriction of harmonious mining area,these include: establishing and perfecting the mechanisms such as regulating mechanism of resources’ economical and intensive use,the compensation mechanism for ecological restoration,the distribution mechanism of interests of resource development,and coordinating and dissolving contradiction and dispute;building a starting point to promote the development of surrounding areas,and giving full play to the initiative of various regions.更多还原
