步进梁式加热炉板坯跟踪定位系统
Tracking and Positioning System of Walking Beam Furnace Slab
【摘要】 介绍莱钢宽厚板步进式加热炉的工艺流程,分析其PLC控制系统的板坯测长、炉前板坯定位、对中定位、装钢机定位、步进梁行程定位、出钢机定位等自动控制功能。
【Abstract】 The technological process of walking beam furnace of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group is introduced. The automatic functions of slab length measuring, slab centering and positioning, pusher positioning, walking-beam position and extractor positioning are analyzed.
