弹簧支撑多叶油润滑箔片轴承动态特性研究
Dynamic characteristics of multi-leaf oil lubricated foil bearing with spring support
【摘要】 以提高油润滑箔片轴承承载力为目的,提出了一种新型带有弹簧弹性支撑结构的多叶箔片轴承;基于卡式定理建立了弹簧支撑箔片结构弹性变形模型,给出了弹性支撑结构与悬臂弯曲梁的整体柔度矩阵;通过有限差分法求解了稳态不可压润滑雷诺方程,获得了给定转速、给定载荷下轴承的静平衡位置;基于扰动法获得了该轴承的动态雷诺方程,并通过数值仿真研究该新型箔片轴承的动力学特性,分析了弹簧支撑结构箔片轴承刚度和阻尼随Sommerfeld系数、载荷的变化规律。搭建了油润滑多叶箔片轴承动态特性的试验台,并开展了相应的实验验证研究。结果表明,随着载荷的增加,主刚度、主阻尼均减小;实验测得的动力特性系数普遍比理论计算值大,趋势相近。
【Abstract】 A new type of multi-leaf foil bearing with spring elastic support structure is proposed in order to increase the load capacity of the oil lubricated foil bearing.Based on the Castigliano’s theorem,the elastic deformation model is established for the foil structure with supported spring and the global flexibility matrix is obtained for the elastic support structure and the curved cantilever beam.By employing the finite difference method,the steady incompressible Reynolds equation is solved to obtain the static equilibrium positions for certain rotating speeds and load capacities.The dynamic Reynolds equation is derived by perturbation method and then the corresponding numerical simulations are carried out to study the dynamic characteristics of this type of foil bearing.The variations of the bearing stiffness and damping coefficients with Sommerfeld parameter and loads are analyzed.The test rig for dynamic characteristics of the oil lubricated multi-leaf foil bearing is established and the corresponding experimental study is conducted.The results indicate that the main stiffness and the main damping coefficients decrease as the load increases.The dynamic coefficients identified from the experiment are found in most cases higher than the theoritical results.Nevertheless they have similar trend of variation.
