广西番茄细菌性斑疹病病原鉴定及其症状识别
Identification of pathogen causing tomato bacterial speck and its symptoms
【摘要】 从广西发病的番茄植株上分离获得3个细菌菌株,经柯赫氏法则验证为致病菌。经培养特性、革兰氏染色反应、菌体形态、生理生化反应以及16s rDNA序列分析等鉴定方法,确认该病原菌为丁香假单胞杆菌番茄致病变种(Pseudomonas syringae pv.tomato)。番茄细菌性斑疹病由它引起。
【Abstract】 Three strains were isolated from diseased tomato samples collected from Guangxi, and pathogenicity of the isolates was confirmed based on Koch’s postulates. The pathogen was identified as Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato by culturing pat- tern, gram staining, morphological characterization, physiological and biochemical reactions, and 16S rDNA sequencing analysis, which caused tomato bacterial speck. The results provided scientific basis for integrated control against the disease.
