【摘要】 目的了解云南省玉溪市2008-2013年老年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)求询者HIV、梅毒感染情况及HIV相关影响因素。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统的检测咨询信息管理系统收集玉溪市2008年1月-2013年2月老年求询者信息,分析其HIV、梅毒感染及HIV相关风险行为。结果 2008年1月-2013年2月,玉溪市共有VCT求询者19 665人,其中老年842人(4.28%),占当年总求询者的比例由2008年的2.52%,上升到2012年的6.09%,2013年2月的8.02%(P<0.001);老年求询者中,HIV阳性73例(8.67%,95%CI:6.77%~10.57%),异性传播65例,注射吸毒2例,男男同性接触3例,不详3例;历年HIV感染率分别为7.29%,14.81%,9.09%,8.57%,7.28%和7.89%(P<0.05);梅毒阳性3例(0.36%,95%CI:0.05%~0.77%);HIV、梅毒共感染1例(0.12%,95%CI:-0.12%~0.36%);Logistic多因素回归分析显示,在控制了各变量间的潜在混杂作用影响后,性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业类型和不安全性行为史是影响HIV感染的主要因素。结论玉溪市VCT中老年人HIV感染率较高,而不安全性行为成为感染的主要因素,建立及完善老年人HIV监测体系是防治艾滋病工作的关键及基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the related factors of HIV and the infections of HIV/Syphilis among old voluntary counseling and testing( VCT) in Yuxi,from 2008. 1- 2013. 2. Methods We collected the information of elderly seeking consultation from the China disease prevention and control information system. The analysis infections of HIV / syphilis and relate risk behaviors,information between 2008. 1- 2013. 2. Results From 2008 to 2013 years,A total of 19665 people sought consultation in 842( 4. 28%) were elderly people. The ratio was from 2. 52% in 2008 rising to 6. 09% in 2012,and 8. 02% in 2013 Feb.( P < 0. 001). About eld- erly interviewees,73 cases were HIV positive( 8. 67%,95% CI: 6. 77% ~ 10. 57%),65 cases were heter- osexual transmission,2 cases were injecting drug users,3 cases were men and male homosexual contact, and 3 cases were unknown. The HIV infection rate was 7. 29%,14. 81%,9. 09%,8. 57%,7. 28% and 7. 89%( P < 0. 05). Three cases were syphilis positive( 0. 36%,95% CI:- 0. 05% ~ 0. 77%). One case was HIV-1 and syphilis co-infection. The co-infection rate was 0. 12%( 95% CI:- 0. 12% ~ 0. 36%). Lo- gistic regression analysis showed that gender,marital status,education,occupation type and unsafe sex his- tory were the main influencing factors of HIV infection after controlling the influence of potential confounding effects. Conclusion The rate of HIV infection was high with elderly people. The main factor for infection was unsafe sex. It was key and basis that establish and perfect the elderly HIV monitoring system.更多还原
