【摘要】 报告2例水源性肢端角化病。2例患者均为女性,年龄分别为19岁和38岁,双手接触水后指掌面发白、肿胀,皮嵴明显隆起,部分皮嵴间有较深裂隙。手指背面及掌侧缘、手腕屈面均发白肿胀。脱离水后数分钟双手恢复正常。其中1例胞姐有同患病史。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two cases of aquagenic acrokeratoderma were reported. Both of them were female,19 and 38 years old respectively. After contact with water,their hands turned white swelling,and the skin ridge raised obviously,part of them formed a deep fissure. Dorsal surface of finger and palmar lateral margin,wrist flexor surface are visible white swelling,and raised white papules. Out of the water the hands back to normal after a few minutes. One of her sister has the same desease.更多还原
