【摘要】 目的探讨梅毒血清固定患者白细胞介素(IL)水平与梅毒血清固定的关系。方法对32例梅毒血清固定患者外周血用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)进行IL-2,IL-4,IL-10和IL-12的检测。结果血清固定组与健康组相比,IL-2和IL-12水平较低(P<0.05,0.01),IL-4和IL-10水平较高(P<0.05,0.01)。未治疗梅毒组细胞因子与健康组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论梅毒血清固定患者存在白细胞介素水平异常,Th2型细胞因子占优势,可能是造成梅毒血清固定的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of interleukins levels in peripheral blood of serofast syphilis patients and serofast syphilis. Methods The peripheral blood of 32 serofast syphilis patients were extracted,and then the IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,IL-12 levels were detected with double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results Compared the serofast syphilis group with healthy group,IL-2,IL-12 levels were lower(P<0.05,0.01),IL-4,IL-10 levels were higher(P<0.05,0.01).The interleukin of untreated syphilis group compared with that of healthy controls,there was not significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Serofast syphilis patients present abnormal interleukins levels. Th2-type cytokines were predominance.This may be an important cause of serofast syphilis.更多还原
