【摘要】 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合阿维A治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 100例寻常性银屑病均予口服阿维A10mg(2次/d),并随机分为2组,治疗组同时予NB-UVB照射,3次/周。两组均治疗8周后判定疗效和随访6个月。结果治疗组有效率96.00%,对照组44.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组出现色素沉着、干燥脱屑及瘙痒等不良反应,对症治疗后可缓解。结论 NB-UVB联合阿维A治疗寻常性银屑病疗效好,不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and security of Narrow-band Ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) combined with Acitretin A in treating patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 100 cases were given acitretin orally (10 mg per time, twice a day)and randomly divided into two groups, meanwhile, the patients of treatment group were treated by NB-UVB(three times per week), total treatment time was 8 weeks,its efficacy was observed and followed up for 6 months.Results The effective rate in treating group was 96.00% and control group was 44.00%, there were significant difference between them(P<0.01). The treatment group had pigmentation, dry desquamation, itching and other adverse reactions which could be relieved by symptomatic treatment. Conclusion NB-UVB combined with acitretin in treating patients with psoriasis vulgaris is more effective and safe.更多还原
