【摘要】 目的提高临床医生对麻风病的认识和诊疗水平。方法回顾性分析本院2001-2011年收治的63例麻风的临床资料。结果麻风多为青壮年男性,多伴有各种类型皮损和神经炎及功能障碍,病程较长,就诊时多为瘤型或偏瘤型麻风。临床医生的诊断流程不规范,病史和体检遗漏项目情况严重。结论临床医生要提高麻风的警惕性,重视皮肤科门诊对麻风患者初筛作用。相关部门要加强对年轻医生进行麻风知识培训,规范麻风诊治流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the capability of clinical doctors to the diagnosis and treatment of leprosy. Methods Retrospective analysis to 63 cases of leprosy from 2001-2011 were actualized. Results Most of the 63 cases patients were young with a longer course of disease, and some of them were associated with neuritis and dysfunction with the rash had been developed as lepromatous leprosy. Lack of standardization, and history and physical examination were usually on diagnosis process. Conclusion The prevention and treatment of leprosy is still an arduous task, the clinicians still need to maintain a high level of leprosy vigilance, to pay great attention to the dermatologist outpatient service to patients on leprosy early screening, and to strengthen the young doctor leprosy knowledge training, in order to emphasize the standard leprosy diagnosis and treatment process.更多还原
