【摘要】 目的为了解青岛市崂山区托幼机构儿童健康状况动态变化,以便进一步加强和改进托幼机构卫生保健工作。方法收集2004-2011年托幼机构春季儿童体检资料,并对其进行分析。结果 8年来青岛市崂山区托幼机构儿童的低体重儿童检出率呈下降趋势,儿童肥胖检出率及视力异常检出率呈上升趋势,而贫血儿童检出率及龋齿儿童检出率呈下降趋势,经趋势χ2检验,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应加强托幼机构儿童健康管理,龋齿、肥胖、贫血和视力异常的儿童是干预重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the dynamic change of kindergartens and nurseries children’s healthy condition in Laoshan Qingdao city and improve on the work of health care.【Methods】The datas of the physical examination results of children from kindergarten and nursery in Laoshan Qingdao city from 2004 to 2011 were collected and analyzed.【Resluts】 The detection rate of low weight children was declining . The detection rate of obese children and children with vision abnormalities showed an upward trend year by year. But the anemia in children’s detection rate and children dental caries detection rate showed an downward trend year by year. There were significant difference in the detection rates between different years.【Conclusion】The health management of children in kindergartens and nurseries should be strengthened, and anemia, dental caries, obesity and vision abnormalities in children are the focus of interventions.更多还原
