音乐进入体育教学探析

【摘要】 高等专科学校学生特殊的性格特征影响到现行体育教学,适度把匹配的音乐引入体育教学中可以提高学生的兴奋感,转移和冲淡他们特殊的心理状态,同时也能迎合学生的心理需求,提高他们的审美能力和思想道德品质。音乐进入体育教学必须注意方法和途径,要对所授课程的类型、教材的内容以及音乐本身做好选择。体育教学引进音乐是指音乐教学伴奏,而不是边唱边练,所以要把握好适度适量、适情适宜、适应需求的原则。

【Abstract】 The character traits of college students have an influence on current physical education teaching.Introducing the matching music into physical education teaching properly can improve their sense of excitement,transfer and dilute their special mental state.It can also cater for the students’ psychological needs and enhance their aesthetic ability and ideological and moral quality.When introducing music into physical education teaching,we should pay attention to the ways.We should choose proper course type,teaching content and music.Introducing music into physical education teaching refers to musical accompaniment.It doesn’t mean they sing as they do exercises.So we should deal with it properly.
