浒苔多糖提取、结构与活性研究进展

【摘要】 浒苔(Enteromorpha)是富含多糖的一类低值藻类植物,具有良好的食用和药用价值,研究浒苔多糖对食品医药工业意义重大。通过热水浸提法、热碱抽提、酶法提取、微波超声辅助提取法提取浒苔多糖,采用离子交换层析与凝胶过滤层析进行纯化,利用化学法与大型仪器分析法测定多糖的结构,并对多糖的活性进行研究。热水浸提法与热碱抽提法是浒苔多糖最常用的提取方式。浒苔多糖主要由鼠李糖、木糖、葡萄糖(少量甘露糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖)等单糖组成,并含有糖醛酸和硫酸基,多糖主链含有多种连接键型。浒苔多糖具有免疫活性与抗氧化活性,同时具有抑癌、降血脂、凝血、保湿等多种作用。浒苔多糖的功能与活性在制药、功能性食品、天然食品添加剂、化妆品等行业具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 As a kind of low-valued algae,Enteromorpha is rich in polysaccharide,which is of perfect value on food and medicinal,therefore research on Enteromorpha polysaccharide is important for food and pharmaceutical industries.Extraction methods including hot water extraction,hot alkaline extraction,enzymatic extraction,and microwave ultrasonic assisted extraction were used to extract Enteromorpha polysaccharide.Ion-exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography were used to purify Enteromorpha polysaccharide.Chemical methods and instrumental analysis were used to determinethe structure of Enteromorpha polysaccharide and the activity of polysaccharide was studied.Hot water and hot alkali extraction were commonly used to extract Enteromorpha polysaccharide.Enteromorpha polysaccharide was mainly composed of rhamnose,xylose,glucose(a small amount of mannose,galactose,arabinose),and contained uronic acid and sulfate groups,and there were multiple connections on main chain.Enteromorphapolysaccharide was characterized by its immune activity and antioxidant activity,and bears the positive effect in tumor suppressor,lowering blood pressure,blood clotting,and moisturizing.The function and activity of Enteromorpha polysaccharide has application prospect in pharmaceutics,functional food,natural food additives,cosmetics and other industries,which would achieve the high value utilization of Enteromorpha.
