从《文心雕龙》看刘勰的音乐思想

【摘要】 作为我国历史上著名的文艺批评专著,《文心雕龙》不仅展现了作者的先进文论观,还反映了时代背景下作者的音乐思想。鉴于《文心雕龙》中仍存在文论与乐论夹杂的情况,在诗论和乐论的互动关系中把握乐论的独立性是我们理解作品音乐思想的契机和前提。事实上,《文心雕龙》的音乐思想主要反映了刘勰主张"乐和"的音乐观。具体包括器与声在配合上的和谐统一,以及声(器)与辞的和谐统一。它一方面承袭了儒家礼乐观的传统内容,另一方面又不囿于儒家传统,体现了作者在音乐实践和鉴赏层面的独到见解以及对音乐情、理兼顾的能力。刘勰的这种"乐和"音乐思想不仅为我们梳理南朝复杂的音乐环境提供了门径,而且为现实音乐实践中的声、器、辞,情与理的平衡提供了有效的方法,具一定启发意义。

【Abstract】 As a famous literature and art criticism monograph in our history,"Wen-xin Diao-long"displays its author’s advanced literature theory viewpoint,and reflects the musical thought of his time as well.Because of the mixture of literature and music theories in the book,to grasp the independence character of music theory is the chance and premise for us to understand the music thought of this work.In fact,its music thought mainly reflects Liu Xie’s"music harmony"perspective,including the harmony between the instrument and voice,the unity between sound and verse.On the one hand,it inherits the traditional content of the Confucian ritual and music perspective.On the other hand,it is not prohibited by the Confucian tradition.This embodies the author’s unique viewpoint and the ability to balance the music emotion and sense in the aspect of music practice and appreciation.His"music harmony"idea not only provides the method for us to arrange the complicated musical circumstances in the Southern Dynasty,but also offers an effective way to balance the voice,instrument,verse,emotion and sense in music practice.
