【摘要】 目的探讨创伤性膈肌破裂的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析56例创伤性膈肌破裂患者的临床资料及诊治方法。结果 56例中,开放性损伤29例,闭合性损伤27例,术前确诊膈肌破裂27例(53.5%),29例术中探查确诊,治愈52例,死亡4例。结论创伤性膈肌破裂是胸外科严重急症之一,休克及病死率高,早期明确诊断及正确治疗至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragm aticrupture and diaphragmatic hernia. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases treated for traumatic diaphragmatic rupture and diaphragmatic hernia were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among these 56 cases, 29 resulted from penetrating in juries and 27 due to closed injuries. The diagnosis was established preoperatively in 27 cases(53.5%).29 cases diagnosed by intraoperative exploration. 52 patients were cured, 4 patients were died. Conclusion The diagnosis of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture is one of the serious treatment in thoracic surgery, It has High incidence of shock and death.So early diagnosis and correct treatment is very important.更多还原
