【摘要】 目的探讨应用超声乳化术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障在临床所取得的疗效。方法选择从2010年1月至2013年1月来我院眼科门诊就诊并由门诊医生收住入院的52例54眼闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者,对52例患者行超声乳化术后植入人工晶状体。结果 52例患者术后共有50例52眼眼压明显下降,术前平均眼压为(23.34±2.68)mmHg,术后平均眼压为(13.56±2.29)mmHg,并且48例50眼术后前房平均深度(3.89±0.34)mm,术前前房平均深度为(2.46±0.19)mm。结论通过对闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者行超声乳化术联合术后人工晶状体植入可以明显降低患者眼压,提高患者视力,从而提升了患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of phacoemulsification for treatment of angle-closure glaucoma and cataract. Method 52 cases(54 eyes) of angle-closure glaucoma and cataract in our hospital ophthalmology department from January 2010 to January 2013 were chosen and underwent phacoemulsification and implanted intraocular lens. Result Intraocular pressure of 50 cases(52 eyes) declined obviously, mean IOP before surgery was(23.34±2.68)mmHg, mean IOP after surgery was(13.56±2.29)mmHg, anterior chamber average depth after surgery of 48 cases(50 eyes) was(3.89±0.34)mm, anterior chamber average depth before surgery was(2.46±0.19)mm. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined implanted intraocular lens for treatment of angle-closure glaucoma and cataract patients can obviously reduce intraocular pressure and improve vision, improving life quality of patients.更多还原
