【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的治疗方法。方法总结2003年8月至2010年7月我院采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗BPH180例(年龄52～83岁)的临床质料,总结术前准备及手术方法,分析术后随访数据。结果本组180例均术后痊愈,术后随访1～12个月,IPSS评分(12.4±1.3分)及最大尿流率(15.8±1.7mL/s)均有明显改善,疗效满意,未出现严重并发症。结论经尿道前列腺电切术治疗BPH是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effective treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Method.A total of 180 BPH patients with age between 52 to 83 years were treated by transurethral resection of prostate(TURP),and all their clinical materials were studied.Result All the patients were cure,there were no serious complications observed.Followed up for 1～12 months,the average of IPSS was(12.4±1.3),and the average of maximum of uroflow metry was(15.8±1.7)mL/s.Conclusions The results showed that the transurethral resection of prostate was a effective and safe method for BPH.更多还原
