【摘要】 目的探讨贲门癌的胃左动脉热灌注化疗的可行性及疗效。方法对符合条件的106例贲门癌患者实施胃左动脉超选后,将一定的化疗药物加热至57~62℃后,沿导管以30~40mL/min匀速注入行局部动脉热灌注化疗。结果热灌注组肿瘤治疗有效率76%,吞咽困难症状明显改善,术中术后主要不良反应相似,热灌注组术中患者心率加快明显(8~20次/min),面部微热感,出汗,血压有所升高。灌注停止后30min消失。结论贲门癌的胃左动脉热灌注化疗具有安全,高效的特点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cardia left gastric artery perfusion chemotherapy feasibility and efficacy.Methods 106 eligible patients with cardiac ultra-left gastric artery implemented after the election,will be heated to a certain chemotherapy drugs 57-62 degrees,along the line of the catheter to inject 30-40mL/min uniform local arterial perfusion chemotherapy.Results The tumor perfusion treatment efficiency of 76%,dysphagia symptoms improved,intraoperative and postoperative major adverse reactions similar to patients with intraoperative hyperthermic perfusion group,heart rate was significantly(8-20 times/min),facial micro-thermal,sweating,blood pressure was increased.30min after infusion stopped disappear.Conclusion GCA left gastric artery perfusion chemotherapy is safe,efficient features,worthy of clinical application.更多还原
