【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿乙型脑炎患者神经功能缺损的临床疗效。方法对50例小儿乙型脑炎患者随机分为西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组各25例,西医治疗组采用抗病毒、给氧、营养脑细胞等常规治疗,中西医结合治疗组在西医治疗基础上采用电针加头针联合治疗。临床疗效采用神经功能缺损评分进行评价。结果中西医结合治疗组临床疗效有效率92%;西医治疗组有效率72%,经卡方检验(χ2)两组间差异有显著统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗能明显增强小儿乙型脑炎患者神经功能缺损的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study is to study the clinical efficacy of combined methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for neurological deficit of pediatric epidemic encephalitis patients.Methods Fifty cases of pediatric epidemic encephalitis patients were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each.One group was received WM treatment only,and another was received WM combining with TC treatments.WM group was received antiviral,oxygen and other conventional treatments.WM combining of TC group was additionally received plus electric acupuncture and scalp acupuncture combined treatment on the basis of treatments for WM group.Clinical effect evaluation using neural function defect score.Results The clinical efficacy rate of WM combining with TC group and WM treatment group were 92% and 72% respectively with a P<0.05 by chi-square test.Conclusion Combination of TC and WM treatments significantly enhanced the effect for recover neurological deficits of pediatric epidemic encephalitis patients.更多还原
