【摘要】 目的通过对桥本甲状腺炎(HT)患者血清TPOAb、TGAb的检测探讨其临床意义。方法选取HT患者(Ⅰ组)162例,分为甲功低下组(Ⅰa组)87例和甲功正常组(Ⅰb组)75例,Ⅰa组均给予优甲乐治疗;对照组分为单纯性结节性甲状腺肿组(Ⅱ组)160例和正常体检健康人组(Ⅲ组)162例,所有的研究对象及Ⅰa组治疗6个月后均进行TPOAb、TGAb检测,并对不同组中的两种抗体情况进行观察比较。结果Ⅰ组(Ⅰa、Ⅰb组)与Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组对比,TPOAb、TGAb的阳性率和滴度水平均有显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅰa组中,治疗前与治疗后比较TPOAb、TGAb有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 TGAb和TPOAb的检测为桥本甲状腺炎的诊断及病情评价提供了重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Detection the serum of patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT) of TPOAb,TGAb investigate the clinical significance.Methods HT patients(Ⅰ group) 162 cases,divided into low thyroid function group(A) 87 cases of normal thyroid function the(Ⅰb group) 75 cases,Ⅰa group were given euthyrox therapy;the control group divided into simple nodular goiter group(Ⅱ group),162 cases of the 160 cases and the healthy control group of healthy controls(Ⅲ group),all subjects and Ⅰa group after 6 months of treatment were TPOAb,TGAb detectionand the case of the two antibodies in different groups were observed and compared.Results Ⅰ group(Ⅰa,Ⅰb group),group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ contrast,TPOAb,of TGAb positive rate and titers were significant differences(P<0.01);Ⅰa group before treatment and after treatment TPOAb,TGAb significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The TGAb and TPOAb detection provides an important basis for the diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and condition evaluation.更多还原
