【摘要】 目的观察分析使用格列吡嗪控释片治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法从我院收治的糖尿病患者中抽取120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者使用格列吡嗪控释片进行治疗,对照组患者使用二甲双胍进行治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(F2BG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)等出现明显下降,且观察组患者下降程度明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用格列吡嗪控释片治疗糖尿病,能够有效降低患者血糖及血脂水平,相比二甲双胍具有更为理想的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of controlled-release glipizide in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The diabetic patients in our hospital from 120 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in the observation group use controlled-release Glipizide treatment,the patients in control group were treated with metformin.Results The patients in the two groups after treatment,FBG,F2BG,TC,TG,LDL,decreased significantly,and the patients in the observation group decreased significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The use of glipizide controlled-release tablets in the treatment of diabetes,can effectively reduce the blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with metformin,compared with more good clinical effect.更多还原
