【摘要】 目的探析硫辛酸与前列地尔联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月至2013年1月收治的100例DPN患者,分为治疗组、对照组,分别采用硫辛酸与前列地尔联合方式和单用前列地尔方式治疗,比较治疗前后基本症状改善情况以及治疗后总体疗效。结果治疗前在神经反射、整体神经症状以及感觉功能上,两组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组效果更理想;治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88.0%和64.0%,治疗组综合疗效更显著(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸和前列地尔在DPN治疗中效果理想,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Combined analysis of lipoic acid and alprostadil in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) clinical effect.Methods 100 patients with DPN from 2010 January to 2013 January were,divided into treatment group and control group,respectively by the United Way of lipoic acid and alprostadil and alprostadil treatment were compared before and after treatment,the basic symptoms and overall curative effect after the treatment.Results Before treatment in nerve reflex,integral neural symptoms and sensory function,compared to the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the effect is more ideal;the treatment group and the control group the total effective rate were 88% and 64%,comprehensive effect in treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipoic acid and alprostadil in the treatment of DPN effect is ideal,it is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
