【摘要】 目的 PI3 K/PTEN/AKT/mTOR信号传导通路具有重要的细胞调节功能,对肿瘤的发生发展也发挥着重要的作用。但目前宫颈鳞癌中该通路的研究尚不充分。本研究拟检测不同宫颈病变组织中mTOR和PTEN蛋白的表达,探讨该信号转导途径与宫颈鳞癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测宫颈鳞癌70例、正常宫颈组织20例中mTOR和PTEN的表达情况,并分析与宫颈癌临床病理因素的关系。结果 mTOR蛋白在正常宫颈组织中阳性表达率为5%,显著低于宫颈鳞癌组织85.7%(P<0.01)。PTEN蛋白在正常宫颈组织阳性表达率为100.0%,显著高于宫颈鳞癌组织70.0%(P<0.01)。mTOR蛋白的表达与宫颈鳞癌患者临床分期有关(P<0.05),与病理分级、淋巴转移无关(P>0.05)。PTEN蛋白的表达与宫颈鳞癌患者临床分期、病理分级、淋巴转移无关。宫颈鳞癌组织中随着mTOR表达的增强,PTEN表达的阳性率降低。二者呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 mTOR蛋白的高表达和PTEN蛋白的低表达对宫颈鳞癌细胞的增殖、浸润和转移有一定的生物学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The expression of mTOR and PTEN in cervical cancer tissue and their function on occurrence and progress of cervical squamous cancer.Methods The expression of mTOR and PTEN in 70 specimens of cervical squamous carcinoma and 20 specimens of normal cervical epithelium were detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Their correlations were analyzed.Results The expression of mTOR on cervical cancer was significantly higher than normal cervical(P<0.01).The expression of mTOR was correlated with clinical stages(P<0.01),but there was no difference with regard to pathological grades and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The PTEN is lower expressed in cervical cancer tissue than in normal cervical tissue(P<0.01).The PTEN expression has no relationship with staging,grading and lymphatic metastasis of cervical cancer.The expression of mTOR protein was positively correlated to the expression of PTEN protein.(P<0.01).Conclusion The mTOR and PTEN protein associate with the occurrence of cervical cancer.更多还原
